4. After going down, you will encounter retching horrors.

5. Follow the path.

6. You arrived at the Nightmare Island.

7. From now on, expect to encounter: retching horror, silencer, choking fear, terrorsleep.

8. Follow the path.

9. Once you are ready, walk into the teleport. That's the final room.

(Expect few terrorsleeps there)

10. Follow the path.

11. Claim your rewards from the drawer.
