Ramonia - Server Rules

Punishments listed throughout these rules serve as a reference point only. The administration reserves the right to adjust any penalty based on the severity and unique circumstances of each situation. Consequences may range from a warning to temporary suspension or permanent account deletion.

Most Important Rules

Violations of the following rules are severely punished.

	Using unofficial software to gain an advantage - Aimbot, HealBot, Cavebot or similar tools.
	Intentionally abusing game glitches or bugs and concealing them from staff.
	Attempting DDoS attacks or blackmailing administrators to gain in-game privileges.
	Advertising other servers.
	Agitating against Ramonia - spreading false information about admins or offending their actions.

Game Rules

Names

Names that are offensive, racist, harassing, or generally deemed inappropriate.
Names consisting of lengthy, nonsensical strings of letters.
Names containing positions held by administrators and game masters, or attempting to impersonate staff.
Names promoting third-party services, servers, or products - especially those associated with real-money trading.

Bug Abuse

Exploiting and concealing server or game errors for personal gain.

Cheating

Using unofficial software or modifying the game client to gain an advantage over other players.
Pretending to use unauthorized software or exploits to deceive another player.
Collaborating with, exploiting, or knowingly benefiting from activities performed using illegal software - even if you are not directly using it yourself.

Macro usage is allowed for training and runemaking purposes only - anti-idle, food consumption, and spell casting.

Griefing

Exploiting map glitches or game mechanics with deliberate and unjustified intent to excessively harass other players - particularly in ways that hinder their progress or ability to play.
Intentionally blocking spawns or NPC queues with low-level characters to force others to gain unjustified frags.
Intentionally blocking spawns or NPC queues with a second character (MC).
Using a low-level or second character to disturb, block, or interfere with players engaged in wars or PvP.

Normal PvP - including hunting or killing other players - is part of the game and will not automatically be considered griefing.

Multi Clients

A maximum of 3 characters per person may be online simultaneously.
Multi-clienting is strictly prohibited during any form of combat or active gameplay. This includes but is not limited to:
- Blocking or pushing other players
- Casting magic walls or other area spells
- Interrupting spells or actions
- Attacking, healing, or supporting in any fight
- Spawn blocking
- Participating in any PvP or PvE activity
- Disturbing war players on a low-level or second character
An additional character may be used passively only - scouting or runemaking.

Engaging in guild wars with low-level or second characters with intent to grief - blocking, pushing, or gaining frags - falls under both Multi Clients and Destructive Behaviour and is subject to stricter penalties.

PvP-Enforced

You gain experience from kills when the level difference between killer and opponent is at least 75%.

Prohibited:

Purposefully dying to provide experience to friends, colleagues, or team members.
If you are rooking your character, you may not grant experience to any other player.
Intentionally killing players who are in the process of rooking themselves.

Allowed:

Killing other characters in wars and PvP fights.
Killing random players as a player killer (PK).

Consequences:

Level downgrade to before the abuse started.
Additional punishment at the administration's discretion based on the severity of the situation.
If a character is being rooked in violation of these rules, the administration reserves the right to seize the account and list the character in a character auction.

Advertising

Promoting third-party services, servers, or products - especially those associated with real-money trading.

Destructive Behaviour

Spreading false information about the server, admins, or their actions.
Disclosing personal data of other players.
Unjustified actions intended to excessively disrupt other players' progress or ability to play.
Not following admin orders and commands.

PvP is part of the game - being hunted by another player will not necessarily be considered destructive behaviour.

Statement

Insulting, racist, sexually related, harassing, or generally objectionable statements.
Religious or political public statements unrelated to the topic of the channel or board.

Spamming

Excessively repeating identical or similar statements, or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.

Trading

All in-game transactions involving real money, external currency, or third-party products - including sale, purchase, sharing, or trading of in-game items, accounts, points, or services.

Hacking & Scamming

Stealing another player's account or personal data.
Deceptive or fraudulent actions in item trades.

Gambling is an exception - you participate at your own risk.

Payment Rules

Points & Donations

The purchase of points is considered a voluntary donation* to support the Ramonia server.
Points are automatically added after successful payment.
Users may exchange points for in-game items, gaining the right to use them - ownership of in-game items remains with the server administrator.
Users who purchase points agree to these conditions and commit to compliance.

* A donation is a voluntary cash benefit not related to obtaining a specific good or service in return. Points serve as a form of thanks and motivation for users who support the server.

Violation of Game Rules

In the event of account banishment or deletion, users lose the right to use purchased points and items - these are not eligible for recovery.
